We wondered if we could offer a cheaper price for small quantity orders of hydrocolloid acne patches.
So We thought about it and found a way.
The difference in cost for small runs comes from the quantity of packaging pouch or paper. But what if we just increase this quantity?
For example, if you make 10,000 pouches (or 6,000 paper boxes) for hydrocolloid patches and only use 1,000 to 3,000 pouches first, wouldn't it be possible to provide small quantity orders at the price of 10,000 pouches (or 6,000 paper boxes)?
Buyers only need to pay a deposit for additional pouches, which costs US$0.1 per pouch, but this amount will be deducted from the next order.
So, the actual cost is almost the same or cheaper compared to small quantity work.
